• Description: Provides homeless transitional-age youth with a permanent housing environment. Participants set goals for themselves and attend weekly meetings. They also manage their own medication and make their own meals. Rooms are shared with one other person. Services include:

  • Transportation to appointments
  • Emotional and physical health
  • Trauma and addiction recovery
  • Nutrition, and assistance with going back to school and finding employment.

• Eligibility: Must be: - Between 18-24 years of age - Willing to participate in a clean and sober living environment - Medication compliant with doctor-prescribed medications - Have no history of violence in the last 6 months - Willing to start working on personal goals (school, work, volunteer, etc.) - Able to live fairly independently (managing schedule, taking own medication, buying own food, etc.)
